Job Title: QA Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our dynamic team at ai-growth. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

About the Role:

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test strategies, design test cases, execute test plans, and automate testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of software products.
Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution using issue tracking tools.
Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to validate software functionality and performance.
Design and implement automated test scripts using industry-standard automation frameworks.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Provide timely and accurate status updates on testing progress, issues, and risks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in software quality assurance, preferably in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Certifications:

ISTQB or similar software testing certification is desirable but not required.
