Following the huge success of our UK and India Graduate programmes last year, we are pleased to announce that we are launching a 2024 Graduate program in Engineering based from our Noida, India office.
As a Graduate Engineer, you will join an existing Engineering team working in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to work in any one of the Engineering teams including Web & App development (Angular and React Native), Microservices (Java), Salesforce, Data Engineering, DevOps, and Quality Assurance (QA). You will have an opportunity to graduate into a permanent position within one of these teams as per your choice. Responsibilities:
Execute deliverables by following group agile development processes and utilising industry development management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
Learn and work across a combination of the technologies below with a clear objective to add value to the organisation by progressing to working independently and producing quality output.

Executing test plans across all technologies, utilising test management and automation software to assist in the process, identifying issues and recommending resolutions.
Data Engineering
Working with SQL & Python to design and develop reliable and efficient applications, to provide business and commercial team leaders with access to information as required.
Front-end and UX (App and Web development)
Working on our website and customer app. Participating in development using React Native and Angular. Working with design and product to deliver first class customer service.
Java (Microservices and orchestration)
Building new and enhancing existing services, to consume both internal and external data. Ensuring effective data flow and efficiency by utilising queue and workflow technology.
DevOps
Understanding and implementing access management controls across the company's core data management systems
Salesforce
Customization e.g., extending salesforce data structures; Use tooling to build and publish customer application form; Exposing data to customer portal; Using marketing cloud for comms.
After the placements, you will specialise in one of the teams above. Formal training will be provided including:
Online courses for React Native, Salesforce, Angular, GraphQL, Java, Spring Boot, etc.
Classroom training on Product development lifecycle and Agile, Scrum, etc.
