Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team. The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing various financial tasks, including invoicing, payments, bookkeeping, contract management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
Requirements
Raise invoices and ensure they are sent to clients promptly.
Process payments promptly, recording all transactions accurately.
Diligently follow up with clients for payment, maintaining positive relationships.
Prepare the books and ensure they are ready to be sent to the tax firm, maintaining accurate financial records.
Manage and oversee client contracts, ensuring all financial aspects are in order and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Experience & Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing financial tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members effectively.
Absolute fluency in written and verbal English.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar programs.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
