Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Dehradun for a Project Manager (Civil & MEP).

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, budgeting, and execution of Civil and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) projects.

They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensure compliance with regulations and standards, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.

QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related fieldProven experience as a Project Manager in the Civil and MEP domainStrong knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and standardsProficiency in project management software and toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesLeadership skills and ability to work effectively in a teamPMP certification is preferred
