- Implement programs that enable employee growth and development within the organization.
- Develop tools and platforms to facilitate timely and meaningful feedback exchange between managers and employees.
- Identify training needs through performance data and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with internal/external providers for targeted talent development initiatives, evaluating and adjusting programs for effectiveness.
- Masters' degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Performance & Talent Management or a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of performance management principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
