Account Manager - Jodhpur, India - Genpact

Description

In this role, we are looking for an accounting graduate or with prior accounting experience.

In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines, in a fairly high-pressure business environment while being a standout colleague.

Responsibilities

Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principlesWork closely with team members to assist with the month-end closeAssist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notesResearch and analyze expense variances for company managementEnsure all month end activities are completed within agreed time and of the highest quality and ensure metrics are met as per agreed critical metrics / SLAs targets as applicable.

Balance aligned process (as applicable) - General Accounting, Fixed assets, Intercompany, Reporting, Balance account reconciliations.
Ensure client happiness and successful external & internal audit

Qualifications

0-10 years' of professional accounting experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
