    We are hiring for one of our premium MNC client based in Gurgaon

    We are looking for candidates with 4+ years of experience in B2B sales in Automobile industry.

    Location- Gurgaon

    Role & responsibilities

    KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

    Account Management:

    • Managing the portfolio of Dealers and End-Users to achieve sales & service revenue targets with on-time payment collection (Including upselling and cross selling)
    • Generating additional business (through new tyres, service & tread belts) using existing and potential customer networks
    • Developing positive relationships, handling customer's needs and being a consultant to ensure sustainable and long term business
    • Focus on Big Fleets with a Service approach to entice the customer with reduced operating cost and provide one stop solution

    Opportunity Management:

    • Align sales and service goals with the overall opportunities mapped for the territory
    • Enhance the opportunities insights - Creating segment and portfolio wise targets and defining growth buckets
    • Focus on opportunity mgmt stages (Open, Proposal, Negotiation and Closed Won/Lost) and improve the win rates (Closed won)

    Product, Service & Industry Knowledge:

    • Thorough knowledge of company Products and recommending right product to the right customer with proper segmentation
    • Customer service to be focussed on priority, which creates a strong brand reliability and this can be measured through NPS
    • Having complete understanding of Competition footprints and industry awareness - Identifies related industries that may have an impact on own industry.

    Negotiation:

    • Reaches amicable solutions in straightforward, formal negotiations with internal or external stakeholders
    • Selects an approach to negotiation based on an understanding of each partys interests and priorities.

    Customer Value Management:

    • Develops and executes channel and customer promotions/programs that leverage consumer insights to drive increased consumer preference and customer activity.
    • Works with sales strategy and planning partners to ensure forecast accuracy, maximization of opportunities and development of plans to deliver against organizations objectives
    • Identifies business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products and services.
