JOB OVERVIEW:

Back Office Assistants provide support with daily administrative tasks in a company.

Typical responsibilities of a Back Office Assistant are sorting the correspondence, implementing and optimizing procedures, maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, and collaborating with other departments.


JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Performing market research. Gathering and processing research data.
  • Assisting and coordinating with the sales team. Assisting the Front Office team.
  • Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
  • Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills. Assisting and supporting management.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms. Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Written and verbal communication skills

Immediate Joiners would preferred.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- back office: 2 years (required)
- admin Assitant: 2 years (required)
