    Description

    Job Title: Business Development Representative - Insurance

    Experience Level: 4 - 6 years.

    Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India / WFH

    Shift Time: US Shift (10-hour shift including a 1-hour break)

    CORE TASK

    1. Lead Generation

    2. Cold Calling

    3. Appointment Fixing with Insurance Agencies

    FOCUSED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

    ● INSURANCE - Independent Insurance Agencies, Managing General Agents, Wholesalers.

    EXPERIENCE

    ● 4-6 Years In US Sales (Insurance, Healthcare, Mortgage or Software Services selling)

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    ● Prospect database development (calling list)

    ● Generating new business leads and setting sales-ready appointments

    ● Report daily and weekly activities

    ● Attend Sales Support appointments and

    ● Contribute towards team efforts to meet pre-established company goals

    ● Research contacts through Google and other database sites for the insurance industry

    ● Identify Agency owners and schedule appointments

    ● Focused titles would be president, VP, Owner, Agency Principal, operations head.

    ● Cold Calling -Prospect database development (calling list)

    ● Generating new business leads and setting sales-ready appointments

    ● Sales presentations to prospective clients

    ● Prospecting new clients via LinkedIn campaigns

    ● Report daily and weekly reports

    OTHER SKILLS

    ● Business-to-business sales experience

    ● Lead generation experience

    ● Appointment setting experience

    ● Outbound & Inbound sales

    ● Lead tracking & Manage CRM

    ● Experience with sales, customer service, client servicing,

    ● Flexible working in night shifts

    ● Excellent organization, writing and communication skills

    ● Strong prospecting and cold calling skills

    ● Ability to understand customers' industry and core business processes

    ● Neutral or US Accent

    ● Experience in Consulting and interactions with C-level executives

    ● Negotiation Skills

    ● A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Business-to-Business Sales experience
