    Responsibilities :

    • Lead engineering teams composed of backend, frontend, iOS, Android developers and QA.
    • Contribute to the technical strategy and collaborate with key stakeholders to influence the product outcome both for long and shortterm goals.
    • Set goals and priorities for your engineering team.
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to individual team members to help them achieve their goals.
    • Manage daytoday operations, such as code reviews, testing, and bug triage.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as product management and delivery, to ensure that development work is aligned with business goals needs.
    • Build and maintain a strong engineering culture, including fostering innovation, promoting technical excellence, and encouraging continuous learning and improvement.
    • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
    • Create a culture of freedom and responsibility that shines through quality and ontime delivery.
    • Drive excellence across engineering teams by supporting modern software engineering practices.
    • You will be responsible to architect solutions using innovative technology ideas and industryleading methodologies.
    • Lead from the front and architect the Android application to be modular and use best practices to enable rapid iteration.
    • You are required to keep abreast with emerging frontend and interactive technologies, promote their usage as project needs dictate and drive adoption across the company.
    • Work closely with Product Management, Vendors and other engineering leaders in a crossfunctional capacity.
    • You will provide feedback to both designers and developers on technical feasibility, speed and optimization, and possible alternatives to difficult interactions or animations.
    • You will be responsible to mentor geographically distributed teams.
    • Provide thought leadership to the team around new technologies, processes and approaches.
    • Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
    • Must have experience as an Android development lead with at least 3+ years as a leader.
    • Must have experience on TODO.
    • Experience implementing solutions with APIs, RESTful web services JSON.
    • Good Exposure to OO, Design Patterns and Data Structures.
    • Must have a proven track record of delivery and leadership.

    You will have :

    • An expertise in mobile apps and technology with experience building great native or hybrid mobile apps for iOS and Android.
    • Overall experience of 5 to 18 years, with 3+ years leading and mentoring technical teams that support and partner with international technology and product teams.
    • Experience in a management role, with a proven track record of successfully leading and developing highperforming engineering teams.
    • Strong knowledge of Android, Kotlin, iOS, Swift, Objective C and working with MVVM, MVP, MVC patterns.
    • 5+ years of handson experience in building apps that have been released to the Play Store (Android) and Appstore (iOS).
