    Job Overview

    We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team at Good Five Yes Job Consultancy. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to the sales team and ensuring smooth sales operations. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This is a full-time position.

    Roles and Responsibilities:-

    • Review the customer inquiries for Laser Machines, Spares, Services and Job works in such a way through Email, India Marts, Phone calls and other Means
    • Data base related to the sales inquiry / Sales orders to be entered / saved in to the CRM Portal or register.
    • Analysis to be done for the enquiries which have been converted as order and enquires which have not converted in to the order.
    • Clarify with the process stake holders for review of enquiries through Phone call or meeting such as technical / Delivery clarifications.
    • Organise the Sales order review meeting for new orders of all process stake holders like, Purchase, Design, Production, Quality and Logistics.
    • Outcome of meeting to be recorded and commitments that given by the stake holders shall be followed.
    • Status of the production orders any issues or any critical situation in operations shall be updated to MD on weekly basis.
    • Respond to the customer about their orders status when they needed.
    • Prepare the list of monthly deliverables to alert the production team for the on time delivery.
    • Report to MD / outside sales representatives about delivery details for the payment follow up with the customer.
    • Monthly sales details to be updated to MD on Monthly basis.
    • When there is customer complaint that received through by any means such as mail, phone are in person, shall be recorded and inform to quality personnel to raise the NCR and monitor the corrective and Preventive actions and report to the customer.
    • Prepare the monthly performance of Sales process including Enquires received, responded in on time to the customer, orders has received, orders has delivered with in on time, Job works carried out and customer complaints and its status , Shall be reported to MD on monthly basis.

    Maintaining the Documents like Sales procedure, Contract review forms and other Records related to sales activities.
