    Key Responsibilities:

    • Business Analysis:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for trade settlement processes.
    • Develop detailed functional specifications and workflows to support system enhancements or new implementations.
    • Trade Settlement Expertise:
    • Monitor and analyze trade settlement processes to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in trade settlements.
    • Act as a liaison between business units and operations teams to address trade discrepancies.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting (Power BI):
    • Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI for actionable insights.
    • Extract and analyze data to identify trends, key metrics, and potential risks in trade settlement.
    • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
    • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to align on objectives.
    • Conduct regular status meetings and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
    • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within trade settlement operations.
    • Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce processing times.
    • Training and Documentation:
    • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, systems, and reports.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in business analysis within the banking or financial services industry.
    • Proven expertise in trade settlement processes and related compliance standards.
    • Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation, data visualization, and report automation.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Familiarity with tools and technologies used in banking and trade settlements (e.g., SWIFT, reconciliation systems).
    • Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma is a plus.
