    Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables1) Experienced in Leading a team of Engineers for Design and development of interior and exterior trims (IP, CCB, Console, Pillar trims, Door trims, Roof trims, NVH Trims, Plenum trims, Front grill, FR & RR Bumper, Wheel Arches, Door cladding, Mud guard/ Flap etc.) 2) Experienced in creating Concepts and data inputs for Business case preparation and project costing at kick off stage.

    3)Experienced in Feasibility study of Styling surfaces CAS0 to Class A for trims parts (checking of interface, joinery, tooling direction, draft analysis, Homologation checks, Surface quality etc.) 4) Master Section Development, 3D CAD modelling of Engineering surfaces and iterations, considering other vehicle parts packaging like Vehicle DAC parts, Electric and Electronic parts, HVAC and other BIW & GSM parts etc.

    5) Leading Interaction with Development Team / Suppliers / Tool makers for Mfg. Feasibility, packaging / tooling feasibility study. 6) Incorporation of Changes suggested in DFM, CAE, DMU feedback, Service & Mould flow simulation etc. into engineering data. 7) Benchmarking study for competition vehicles and systems for packaging, performance, assembly etc. at vehicle level and tear down level. 8) Concerns resolution at supplier, assembly plant and field during development and post launch. Prototype build design release, build support, Homologation testing support and resolution of concerns if any. 9) Interaction with Vehicle integration, CME and other Body / Vehicle aggregates for integration of parts into the vehicle. 10) Leading discussions with external CFT teams like Design studio, Product planning, CME, Plant teams, Supplier teams etc. 11) Preparation of Technical Requirement Document, Responsibility Matrix and DVP for FSS Parts and Discussion and Sign off with Supplier. 12) Interaction with Styling team for deriving conclusion as per & Feasibility study of A class surface for tooling direction determination, draft analysisExperience18- 20 YearsIndustry PreferredAutomotive / Commercial Vehicle OEM, Tier 1 Auto componentsQualificationsB.E Mechanical / Automobile EngineeringGeneral Requirements1) Good knowledge of Int and Ext trims material and processes, design and development 2) Experience in projects involving New Parts design from exploratory surface to A class surface. 3) Knowledge of component and vehicle level DVP and homolgation 4) Experience in concerns resolution in development testing and in service. 6) Hands on experience in CATIA V5 & Team Center Engineering
