- Assist in managing the employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, induction program, and offboarding formalities for employees across all brands
- Maintain and update employee information records in a timely and confidential manner
- Coordinate with departments across our brands to support daily HR operations and enhance efficiency
- Help solve basic employee queries
- Provide HR Tech support to employees for our internal tools
- Be actively involved in employee engagement initiatives
- Be responsible for updating internal employee communication for each brand
- Min 2-4 years of HR operation experience either in the Hospitality industry or in a fast-paced startup environment
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English & Hindi
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
- Proven communication and coordination skills

As a Human Resources Operations Specialist at Hunger Inc, you will be an integral part in assisting the central HR team in daily operations and processes. You will have a working knowledge of all our brands and teams, and will work with our HR managers to ensure all employees have a great employee experience from onboarding to offboarding process.
Our office is in Lalbaug and this role will work on site, with weekly travel to the Hunger Inc outlets.
