• Ideate and develop content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
• Create high-quality and original written content for various platforms, including website, emails, ads, blogs, offline stores, and other consumer touch-points such as Quora and more.
• Craft persuasive and concise copy that highlights the uniqueness and specialty of WeaverStory's handcrafted products.
• Work with cross-functional teams i.e., graphics, website, and marketing, to drive execution.
• Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging topics to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
• Assist in planning special campaigns around brand calendars by bringing to the table creative ideas and leading content execution.
• Assist in managing and updating content calendars to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Assist the SEO team with website page articles, category descriptions, and content as required.
• Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of tone of voice and quality and optimized for search and user experience for all channels.
• Monitor the competition and plan for change as the online fashion landscape continues to change 4+ years of agency/brand experience in content writing for a lifestyle brand. Work experience with a fashion brand is preferred.
• Excellent writing and story-telling skills - should have the ability to write long form content as well as snappy marketing content.
• Experience in digital fashion content or other content relative to the brands' customer base.
• Passion or interest in Indian handlooms and handcrafted clothing.
• The ability to multi-task and complete assignments accurately and on time.
