Reporting to Management

• Maintain the Audit of the visit quality by the BDE

• Maintain the activity count and the duration report

• Maintain the report of prospect meeting and existing dealer visit

• Provide sales induction training; Sales process training; product/concept training to new joiner in sales department

• Trained the new joiners in sales department about reporting structure and about systems and software.

• Provide marketing or promotional support to the sales team

• Responsible about lead validation.

• Work on pre journey planning report and weekly business development report and on monthly incentive distribution report.

• Manage the ERP related functions.

• To analyses and ensure timely submission of MIS of plant/sales to the management

• Manage all MIS operations of the business of our group

• Planning, studying, and collecting data to determine costs of production activity such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labor.

• Prepare all the reports related to sales on daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis and present the data in the meeting.

• Keep all the the data up date on daily basis to make it available as and when required.

• Good working knowledge of Google sheets/MS-Excel and Presentation skills
