    Job Description :

    Key Responsibilities :

    Backend Development :

    • Develop and maintain the company's flagship product, Store Intelligence, using Python 3.11 and Django 4.2.
    • Implement backend functionalities, APIs, and integrations to enhance the product's features and performance.

    Architecture Design :

    • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to designing scalable and maintainable solutions.
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure the architecture aligns with business requirements and best practices.

    Code Quality Assurance :

    • Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, readability, and adherence to coding standards.
    • Identify and address code issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks to maintain optimal application performance.

    Professional Skills :

    Minimum Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Python development.

    Technical Skills :

    • At least 2 years of handson experience with Django and Django REST framework.
    • Proficiency in both relational and nonrelational databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
    • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
    • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
    • Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

    Soft Skills :

    • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
    • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
    • Certification in Python and/or Django is a plus.
