Our client is seeking an experienced andClient facing SAP S4 HANA Sourcing Procurement and Logisticsconsultant to provide expertise and effectively manage team todeliver new and existing projects acrossIndustries.

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for successful delivery of S4HANA Sourcing Procurementand Logistics module deliverables on SAP engagements includingimplementation upgrade and/or extension of existingapplications. To understand clientrequirements and prepare highlevel effort costand Timelinesestimation. Propose high level conceptualdesign with standalone and integration with other systems andsolutions and agree with client on proposeddesign. Participate and engage with relevantClient stakeholders and Plan/Prepare Demo for client understandingof latest SAP Solutions and technologies.
Plan organize and execute workshop sessions with client and teamduring all phases of the Project Life cycle.

Understand and Document detailed business requirements Businessprocesses Design and review with Business on the Gaps with proposedsolutions against requirements for Signoff.

Ensure team Implementss olutions via standard and Custom which areGlobal standardized and scalable for other Business unitsrollouts. Ensure all the testing andtraining are documented and signedoff byBusiness. Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams for integrations with other modules andsystems. Conduct Quality gate checks duringtransition to next phases of Projects as per Project milestones anddeliverables. Ensure effective utilizationof resources across projects to manage the costefficiently. Discuss document and agree withclients on the Warranty guidelines postgoLive.

MinimumRequirement Minimum 10 years of overallHandon experience in SAP MM/IM/WM and with minimum of 3 years inSAP S4 HANA implementation Rollout etc GoodsUnderstanding of the latest SAP S4 HANA product offerings relatedto Sourcing Procurement and LogisticsSolutions.

Strong functional andConfiguration experience across all functions in sourcingprocurement and Logistics GoodsUnderstanding of migration and deployment options of SAP S4 HANAusing scaled Agile/ACTIVATE methodology ispreferred Leverage leadership Skills toeffectively manage the cost drive change.

Experience to collaborate and influence both with internal andexternal parties to deliver the changerequirements. Stay updated with the industryleading practices in Materials management and pursue professionalrelationships inside and outside thecompany. Strong Analytical Logical andCommunication Skills Provide mentoring andguidance to other team members. GoodsUnderstanding of migration and deployment options to propose toclients for new or existing clients willing to Migrate to latesttechnologies. Strong analytical skills andthe ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Exceptional written and verbalcommunication skills. Team management andleadership skills.
