Description

We are searching for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst (BA) to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll partner with stakeholders across the organization to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities:

Conduct business process analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and user observation.
Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for the IT team.
Work with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions meet business needs.
Develop and maintain business process documentation (flowcharts, use cases, user stories).
Test and validate developed solutions to ensure they meet user requirements.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Business Process Management).
Identify and analyze data to support fact-based decision making.
Create clear and concise presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with business process modeling tools (a plus).
