- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions for clients
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and code samples
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in RPA technology and applications
- Collaborate with other developers and architects to ensure consistency and alignment across projects
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to development teams
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical training as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years in a senior developer role
- Strong knowledge of RPA tools and technologies, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Experience with programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
