    The O pportunity

    We are seeking an experienced Senior RPA Developer to join our team. The Senior RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions for our clients. They will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Additionally, they will provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities ​

  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions for clients
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and code samples
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in RPA technology and applications
  • Collaborate with other developers and architects to ensure consistency and alignment across projects
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to development teams
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical training as needed

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years in a senior developer role
  • Strong knowledge of RPA tools and technologies, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
  • Experience with programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
