- Position serves as a P&L leader for Online/ Ecommerce platform for the company.
- As Head
- Ecommerce, the incumbent will be leading the Ecommerce sales strategy.
- He/she will work closely with Online & Mobile Marketing for media planning & implementation, Communication Development, Campaign Management and Operations, Response Management, Coordination with Emarketing Agency/s & relationship management
- Established the online sales channel in collaboration with multidisciplined internal teams & senior management stakeholders.
- Explore & establish strategic alliances & new business models with ecommerce firms to increase new customer acquisitions by retailing LI policies through websites, msite, apps.
- Provide end to end marketing support to distribution channels in development and implementation of appropriate marketing programs
- Managing processes, budgets, media and strategic initiatives to deliver business targets for Online Sales Channel
- Aid other distribution channels in achieving acquisition targets through non traditional and below the line activities
- Website enhancement projects for improving Customer Experience and Conversions
