    The Role

    You will be responsible for:

    • Setting the brand strategy across the properties
    • Bringing the brands to life across all channels – from website and social media, to brand collateral and offline campaigns
    • Working with the marketing team to provide vision and strategy around all marketing initiatives and execute them in results and metrics-driven fashion
    • Liaising closely with hotel teams to create the desired strategy, calendar, and content that is best suited to each
    • Identifying opportunities and managing partnerships with external agencies (PR, Design, Social-Media, Digital Marketing), influencers, or events teams to drive the brand narrative
    • You will run our Marketing in ways to promote higher profitability and competitiveness.
    • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
    • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
    • Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative
    • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department
    • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
    • Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within our industry
    • Experience running successful marketing campaigns
    • Review and proofread content written by freelancers

    Ideal Profile

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
    • Experience with CRM software
    • 7-10 years experience working as a brand leader in a B2C brand environment
    • Demonstrated capability in independently creating brand strategy and executing it with a team, across offline and digital channels
    • Excellent program management skills to identify work streams and plan rollouts to adhere to timelines
    • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with people at all levels
