    Our client company is global market leader in Maritime Industry. They have offices around the globe and into Maritime business for last 200 years. Company is an international, knowledge-based group that supplies high technology systems and solutions to customers in the oil and gas industry, the merchant marine, Digital and the defence and aerospace industries.

    Position:- Sales Manager

    Experience: years of experience in the sales and marketing sector Maritime or similar.

    Qualification:- Bachelors degree in Engineering

    PGDM/MBA (Sales / Marketing) will be an added advantage.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Be a brand ambassador for KM values, culture & products.
    • Responsible to achieve order intake & maintain profit margin as per KM Sales process.
    • Close aftermarket sales with agreed commercial terms.
    • Proactively drive aftermarket sales covering all products in close cooperation with products value streams.
    • Maintain and update sales plan per customer for all products and provide a forward looking forecast in sales plan.
    • Negotiate and close service agreements with customers considered strategic important (Business case)
    • Prepare & maintain reports as required by company.
    • Follow and contribute to continuous improvements in aftermarket sales processes.
    • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companys capture percentage of installed product base and replace competitor product.
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with key customers and understanding their needs.
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
    • Proficient use of systems / tools as per process guidelines (D365, CRM, AX)
    • Identify enterprise business risk and prepare mitigation plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
    • Support other functions on critical challenges with customers (Debt. / Negotiation etc.)
    • Should be willing to travel extensively for the Sales / business development activities both domestic and international.
