Responsibilities:

Be the execution and improvement layer between the product, academic and other ops teamsWork with the product team, academic and acad ops team to streamline the content digitization and the visibility of content in the product.

Build and maintain SOPs for the same.

Derive insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build the content backlog on iterations and improvementsOperationalization and maintenance of processes to supplement the operations and academic teamsMaintain communication channels between center heads, administrators, and the central product/ ops teamsPrepare and run regular reports on operational metricsRequirements:Experience in academic ops, content and coordination rolesCan work independently and take ownershipAbility to understand the product/ configs available and articulate/ train teams on new featuresBuild strong relations with stakeholders and solve operational issuesHands-on experience with Excel and G-suiteAbility to draw insights and articulate related success and pain pointsGood communication skills.

Preferably from an ed-tech background.
