Description

As a Principal Java Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and overseeing the architecture of complex Java-based systems.

You will be responsible for leading architectural decisions, guiding development teams, and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of our software solutions.

• Lead the design and architecture of enterpriselevel Java applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability requirements.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define technical requirements, architecture, and design specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support the development process.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns to ensure highquality, maintainable code.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural standards.
• Drive the adoption of modern software engineering practices such as microservices architecture, containerization, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software architecture and development.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years of experience as a Java Architect.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related technologies.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot framework and building microservicesbased architectures.
• Indepth knowledge of software design patterns and their application in realworld scenarios.
• Experience designing and implementing highly scalable, distributed systems.
• Handson experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically about complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Certification in relevant technologies such as Java, Spring, or cloud platforms.
• Experience working in a fastpaced startup environment.
• Contributions to opensource projects or technical publications.
