    Description

    CSD/KPKB Business Manager (North)

    The incumbent will oversee the CSD/KPKB business for North by implementing effective SOPs and deliverables. Their primary objective is to achieve IOP numbers for the CSD & KPKB channel in the North territory through strategic distribution, product visibility, and display opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Government Client Handling
      • Managing relationships with Army Canteens and KPKB Canteens
    • Channel Coordination
      • Collaborating with CSD Depots to ensure timely billing collection and listing of new SKUs in URC's and Subsidiary canteens
      • Handling store merchandising, product promotion, and stock control from CFA to Depot and from Depot to URCs
    • Relationship Building
      • Nurturing relationships with Officer-level posts heading CSD depots, URC's, KPKB Master & Subsidiary Canteens
    • Performance Monitoring
      • Monitoring Depot Fill Rate and stock control
    • Team Management
      • Overseeing a team of 10 Field Operations (FO) personnel

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree or master's degree in marketing or business or similar field
    • Experience: 7+ years of experience with a proven track record of growing CSD/KPKB channel performance and delivering on strategy
    • Background: Experience handling CSD/KPKB business or currently holding such a profile
