    Roles and Responsibilities:1.

    Partnering with the Hiring Managers and external vendors to plan the hiring andstaffing needs for new and replacement positions, negotiating and arriving atmutually agreeable timelines and budget.2.

    Managing the end to end hiring process from sourcing to joining of the candidates3.

    Contributing to the creation of a compelling Employee Value Proposition and usingthe same effectively to deliver optimum results; efficient and effective4.

    Delivering on the mandated recruitment metrics such as time to hire, acceptancerate, cost of hiring, source of hiring, quality of candidates, ratios of offer acceptanceto joining etc.5.

    Ability to effectively use the hiring sources such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other jobboards (e.g., Naukri) and the ATS tools and systems.6.

    Influencing internal and external stakeholders to constantly meet and exceed hiringgoals7.

    Coordinate with internal and external partners, and candidates to manage the backend recruitment process through HCM Oracle and release offers.

    Qualifications and Experience

    Qualifications:1. MBA or any equivalent degree2.

    Experience: 4-6 years.

    Skills:1.

    A positive attitude, self-motivated, the ability to work in a fast-paced, demandingenvironment, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.2.

    Excellent communication skills3. Experience of working on HCM Oracle ATS will be an added advantage.
