    Position: Vice President of Construction

    Location: Bangalore

    Reports to: CEO

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Construction to oversee all aspects of our construction operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the process. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional project management skills.

    Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership:

    Provide strategic direction and leadership for the construction department, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.

    Collaborate with executive team members to develop and implement construction strategies, policies, and procedures.

    Project Management:

    Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Work closely with project managers to monitor progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

    Review and approve project budgets, schedules, and resources allocation.

    Team Management:

    Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, superintendents, and support staff.

    Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the construction department.

    Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.

    Client Relations:

    Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

    Quality and Safety:

    Champion a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

    Monitor and enforce quality control processes to deliver projects that meet or exceed quality standards.

    Financial Management:

    Manage construction budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring projects are financially viable and profitable.

    Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements without compromising quality or safety.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

    Minimum of years of progressive experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

    Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget
