    Job Summary

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and upgrading a robust set of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all functions in the organization, including built-in internal checks and controls. They will also conduct special audits as identified by management, establish a risk management framework, and define and upgrade delegation of authority.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement SOPs across all functions with integrated internal checks and controls.
    • Conduct special audits of areas identified by management, providing recommendations for improvement.
    • Establish a comprehensive risk management framework, identifying major areas of risk, developing mitigation strategies, and creating action plans to implement them in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Define and upgrade delegation of authority in consultation with senior management to ensure smooth operations.
    • Coordinate effectively with external and internal auditors, process owners, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective implementation of audit plans.
    • Have expertise in Excel, ERP systems, and PowerPoint presentation software.

    Requirements

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
    • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
