    Role Overview:

    The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term relationships with clients, and promoting the agency's services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the advertising industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Partner with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
    • Identify industry trends and client needs to propose new projects and campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure that proposed projects meet clients' needs and objectives.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to generate new business leads.
    • Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

    Requirements:

    • Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or a relevant role in the advertising industry.
    • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
    • Experience in client relationship management and negotiation.
    • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance, etc.
    • Ability to handle pressures and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
