Job Title: Senior AEM Developer - Web Solutions Expert

Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

Job Description

The Senior AEM Developer will be part of a team that designs, develops, and delivers new applications for Molex site. As an AEM developer, you will be responsible for understanding business system requirements and developing implementations related to the AEM work stream. You will have ownership to drive any AEM-related enhancements, investigating support tickets and driving additional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including support of web-based applications.
Responsible for hands-on development of AEM/React/Java/J2EE solutions.
Work closely with business function areas to understand their business systems requirements and recommend solutions.
Production issue triage, management, and prevention as needed.
Technical debt resolutions, prevention, and code reviews.
Assist in deploying applications to Dev QA, Production environment.
Mentor existing/new team members with delivery processes, project-based findings, and support.
Conduct unit tests, peer code reviews, and maintenance of web applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
6+ years of programming experience in a web development environment with a strong Java background.
Extensive experience in AEM development, including AEM Sites, Assets, and Workflows.
Skills in business analysis and user experience as it relates to web experience.
Solid experience with AEM building blocks, including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, and bundles.
Extensive experience with developing advanced custom AEM components using Java, React, REST, Maven, Eclipse, JSTL tags, or Sling API.

Proficiency in AEM development, proficiency in React development, good understanding of web-application development, UX design and development skills, and design thinking certifications.
