Job Title- Zonal Trainer – Learning & Development
Division & Department- Sales, Central
What you will Do?
• Cater to the functional training needs of the Sales team
• Conduct the training need analysis for the sales force and help the team in developing the required skills and competency in discussion with the L&D head and business head
• Design & implement training modules (Online/ Offline) related to products, equity market, debt market, MF, PMS, AIF, Debt & Derivative market for sales force and distributors to increase awareness
• Manage & execute training delivery for all segments as per the training requirements
• Prepare the Annual training plan and calendar for the sales force as per the organization goals
• Conduct Investor Awareness Programs (IAP) as per the SEBI norms
• Empanel a team of external trainers wherever required to deliver the training program as per the need and support the organization in various training initiatives
• Assist in non-training initiatives like new product launches, market updates and regulation change updates
• Design training modules and integrate them with the E-learning initiatives as per requirement
• Conduct training sessions for the employees at various Axis Mutual Fund branches across India
What makes you a Great Fit?
• Postgraduate with 8 to 10 years of experience in training and good understanding of the mutual funds industry
• NISM Certified
• Should have facilitated various training programs for sales team and channel partners for 4-6 years
• Well versed with MS Excel, Word and Power Point
• Good communication skills & an excellent understanding of the financial industry
• Ability, confidence and professionalism to convey information, both written and oral, clearly, concisely and persuasively
• Able to relate well to others and use interpersonal skills to achieve desired objectives
• Certifications in training will be an added advantage
• Effective relationship management skills to be able to address partnership needs
• Good understanding of debt/ equity and mutual funds
• Open to extensive local and outstation commute
