Job summary
The Factory Supervisor cum electrician oversees production supervision including washing & cleaning of raw herbs and vegetables to remove soil and contaminants. They manage drying operations with industrial solar dryers ensuring temperature settings prevent burning of medicinal compounds.Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance: Create a schedule for oiling, sharpening blades (choppers), and cleaning motors.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all machinery is properly grounded (earthed) and the factory floor is safe from electrical hazards.
