About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Receiving support requests (calls) from customers regarding an application
2. Verifying the issues stated and assigning them to relevant teams
3. Following up on solutions to the issues and explain the same to customers
4. Closing tickets in the system and maintaining turn-around time service levels
5. Identifying escalations and handling them came quickly
