Job Description:

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals as Telesales Representatives in Kalamassery. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products/services over the phone and convincing potential customers to make a purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
2. Introduce and explain our products/services to prospects.
3. Handle objections and persuade customers to make a purchase.
4. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
5. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
6. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
8. Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements:

1. Good proficiency in English and Hindi.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Freshers are preferred, but experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.
