SailPoint, the industry leader in Identity Security, is looking for an Identity professional to contribute to the company's internal corporate Identity program.
The Identity Security Administrator will be a key team member in our growing and impactful organization as SailPoint continues to scale globally as the industry leader in Identity Governance.
This position will report directly to Identity & Access Leadership, and will support SailPoint's internal Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) systems and operations.
This includes the use of SailPoint's own Identity Governance solutions to support activities such as account provisioning, role provisioning, role modeling, access certifications, and identity federation - all while leveraging SailPoint's exciting new AI-based predictive identity capabilities.
As the Identity Security Administrator, you will ensure that SailPoint's internal users have the best experience possible as consumers of the company's internal IT applications and services.
Expect to work in cross-functional teams across IT, Security, HR, Engineering, Customer Support, Professional Services, and Corporate Compliance in support of the company's IAM and IGA Program.
Come make your mark in a high energy environment at one of the most consistently highest rated "best places to work" in Austin over the past 10 yearsJob ResponsibilitiesContribute to and execute SailPoint's identity security strategyConduct analysis, generate designs and documentation, and build / implement effective access controlsOnboard new enterprise resources and applications per our IAM standards, strengthening their adoption and enhancing their usabilitySimplify and streamline user access provisioning and certification processesAdvocate and implement SSO experiences (authentication/authorization) wherever it's possibleSupport IAM infrastructure operations, including troubleshooting user issues, implementing changes and performing system administrationRecommend and implement modifications that will enhance system usability & reliability while analyzing all aspects of the existing infrastructure
Essential SkillsBS Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experienceAbility to work independently, describe highly technical topics in a non-technical manner, and communicate effectively with business stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to C-level executivesAbility to produce and maintain detailed technical documentation and business processesBasic understanding of QA methodology including usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plansMust be a team player, with robust troubleshooting & problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with continuous delivery model and agile development processesBasic knowledge and understanding of SailPoint's identity management platformSolid understanding of IAM & IGA concepts, associated controls and terminology, including:Role mining, engineering, and managementUser credentials, password policies & synchronizationUser account and password recoveryUser account & access provisioning, lifecycle management and governance including campaigns, access reviews, entitlements, campaign monitoring, and remediationWorking knowledge of current SSO and security concepts, standards and protocolsExperience administering Active Directory (AD DS), Azure Active Directory (AAD) and/or other directory servicesPreferred SkillsExperience using and implementing SailPoint's Identity Security Cloud productKnowledge of APIs and scripting languages (e.g.
Experience with JSON, XML, SOAP and REST web-servicesExperience with user administration in cloud ERP systems (e.g. Workday)Experience with protocol-based Single Sign-On (SSO), and Strong / Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), such as:
