    Experience

    : 15 to 20 years of managing logistics operations at regional level, warehouse management experience (Inbound/Outbound) and related network in an ecommerce or a large complex environment (Manufacturing, Retail, QSR, FMCG). Analytical and target driven operations leader to lead last-mile operations in regions. The incumbent will lead operations for the assigned region and be the owner of customer metrics while identifying and expanding operations in various cities. Being the primary point of contact the person will be responsible for the costs and financial planning for the region.

    Qualification
    :
    Any Graduate/technical diploma from a good InstitutionPost-Graduation in Logistic/Warehousing/Operations/Supply Chain.
    Six Sigma knowledge and working experienceWorking knowledge of MS office and good knowledge of ERP.

    Job Description:
    Build and implement operational processes for various product categories including Food & Grocery, General Merchandise etc.
    Project planning for setting up new operations and expanding existing operationsUnderstand customer expectations.

    Design and drive operations to align with customer expectationsIdentifying process improvement and automation opportunitiesCoach, nurture, mentor the teamWorking with the technology team to build and implement comprehensive solutionsCreate and own operations budget.

    Focus on continuous service improvement and cost reductionCreate an engagement mechanism with internal and external stakeholders for a long-term relationshipEnsure that all operational activities comply SOPStrategies and implement expansion plan in the regionEnsure periodic reconciliation of transactions with customers and business partners.

    Periodic reporting and reviews with customers on performance metrics
