    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director. As a Technical Assistant, you will play a critical role in assisting the MD with day-to-day activities and in managing various technical aspects of our operations. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and is a full-time role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience as a Technical Assistant or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
    • Knowledge of the real estate market and regulations is a plus
    • Experience in project coordination and management is preferred

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel
    • Assist in preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
    • Coordinate and follow up on internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are available
    • Manage and maintain confidential information and documents
    • Support the MD in technical aspects of our operations, including assisting with civil engineering projects and coordination with relevant stakeholders
    • Research and gather information for various projects and initiatives
    • Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets and financial reports
    • Conduct industry and market research to identify trends and opportunities
    • Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
    • Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned
