Weare looking for a Qualified Architect with 10 to 18yrs. of experience in Commercial and mixeduseprojectsThis role involves responsibilitytowards enhancing relationships with existing clients. He / Sheshould have ability to perform all phases of architectural workincluding planning designing andoverseeingthe constructiondocumentation.

He / She should be able toMentor and lead team of ArchitectsandTechnician to achieve the design anddeliverables in line with projectneeds.

KEYACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

DesignDevelopment andmanagement
Responsibility of multiple projects from start till thecompletion.
Take the brief to identify clients needs and put togetherfeasibility reports and designproposals

Lead the team for developing ideas keeping in mind client s needsbuilding s usage and environmental impact in line withArchit4etural trend andadvancement.

Coordination with design cell/3d team for development buildingaesthetics
Present the key project deliverables toclient/consultants

DrawingManagement
Control Drawing deliverables from start to finish of the project toensure high quality details drawings for Schematic and workingdrawingstage
Guidethe team for ensuring that all works are carried out to specificstandards building codes guidelines andregulations
Work With team of 8 to 10 Sr. Architects/Architects/ Technician forachieving the deliverables ontime
Consultantand Vendorcoordination
Coordination with structural and service consultant for designdevelopment andexecution
Coordinate with various vendors for materialselection

Clientand Sitecoordination
Coordination with client or client representative for regularfeedback on project and follow up on projectremuneration
Coordination with project managers to achieve the required designdeliverables in line with siterequirement
Make on periodic site visits to check on project status and reportonproject

Leadand Developteam
Identifies individual and team skill gaps and developmentalopportunities (trainingspecial assignments projects etc.) tofacilitate individual and teamdevelopment
Resolve team performance issues in accordance with company spolicies and procedures in a timely manner to motivate and fosterteamwork
Defines advises and recommends use of emergingtechnologies
Monitors the project lifecycle from intake throughdelivery
Should be responsible for thought leadership in terms of lookingbeyond the technology and considering the value technology createsfor business customers while making sure that all solutions alignwithin the assignedbudget
