    Quality Control Specialist (QSS)


    Job Description:
    We are currently seeking a meticulous and results-driven Quality Control Specialist (QSS) to join our
    esteemed Supply Chain Management team. This role demands exceptional communication skills and
    a profound understanding of supply chain intricacies within the automobile sector. As a QSS, you will
    be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of quality assurance and operational excellence
    in order reconciliation and monitoring orders versus received products.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Order Reconciliation:
    ∙Perform comprehensive analysis of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts to
    reconcile discrepancies and uphold accurate records.
    ∙Utilize advanced data analysis techniques and software tools to identify patterns and
    trends in order data, facilitating proactive resolution of discrepancies.
    ∙Collaborate closely with internal procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure
    alignment and accuracy in order reconciliation processes.
    ∙Conduct regular audits of reconciliation procedures to identify areas for improvement
    and implement corrective actions as necessary.
    ∙Develop and maintain standardized documentation and SOPs for order reconciliation
    processes to ensure consistency and compliance with industry regulations.


    Orders vs Received:
    ∙Implement robust systems and procedures for monitoring incoming orders and verifying
    them against received products to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    ∙Utilize advanced tracking and tracing technologies to monitor the movement of goods
    throughout the supply chain, enabling real-time visibility and proactive issue resolution.
    ∙Investigate discrepancies between ordered quantities and received products, conducting
    root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
    ∙Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to establish clear communication
    channels and streamline order fulfilment processes.
    ∙Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on order accuracy and
    fulfilment performance, highlighting areas of improvement and opportunities for
    optimization.


    Qualifications:
    ∙Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a
    related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS CPIM) is a plus.
    ∙Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a
    demonstrated track record of success in the automobile industry.
    ∙Expertise in order management systems (OMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP)
    software, and data analysis tools.
    ∙Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to
    interpret complex data sets.
    ∙Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
    collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
    ∙Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects
    simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.

    ∙Strong understanding of quality management principles, including ISO standards and
    best practices in supply chain quality assurance.
    ∙Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement
    initiatives within a dynamic and evolving organization.
