    JOB SUMMARY
    • Preparing and monitoring project plan and schedules
    • Good team leader
    • Shall have delivered similar size of project within time, cost and quality
    • Shall have experience of chemical, process plant construction and commissioning.
    • Extend support team for various project deliverables and guiding them to complete delivery of project
    • Ensuring PMC deliverables to client
    • Timely delivery of project
    • Establish various process and checks to ensure work get deliver within time, cost and quality
    • Tracking of Deliverables with respect to schedule & raising timely triggers for schedule overrun to ensure appropriate corrective measures are taken by stakeholders.
    • Ensuring Weekly Reports, Minutes of Meeting, Status Reports, Trackers.
    • Checking on deliverables of contractors/ consultants as per their scope of work
    • Coordination with all stakeholders of the project for getting feedback & apprising on the status of the project with respect to planned timelines.
    • Ensuring proper and complete Documentation related to drawings/ design, execution, commissioning
    • Preparing, submitting & maintaining project reports.
    • Preparing & maintaining all documentation as required for project as per standard process, project and client requirements.
    • Ensuring timely circulation of MOMs with correct information
    • Verification of measurements and invoices as per contract/PO conditions
    • Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera
    • Shall have experience on execution and installation of process equipment like, Reactors, Tank Farms, Pumps, Piping, centrifuge, Boiler, Chiller, Utility equipment for large-scale process/chemical plant.
    • Shall understand conceptual Design knowhow & selection of appropriate technology/type & capacity of various mechanical installation.
    • Shall have experience on installation and commissioning of process plant.
    • Shall be able to handle the site independently.
    • Material inspection and certification based on approved MAS/TDS.
    • Witness/certification/Documentation of daily site activities (i.e., Fit-up and welding) according to CBRE guidelines and checklist procedures.
    • Ensure qualified manpower to carried out Mechanical activities.
    • Witness/certification/Documentation of pre-commissioning and commissioning related activities.
    • Check the activities are being carried out as per approved QCP (Quality Control plan) and QWP (Quality work procedure).
    • Coordination with design team for resolving RFI or in case of any deviation/design issues.
    • Shall be able to monitor types of Electrical installation and equipment like- transformer, HT panel, LT Panel, Cable Tray installation, Plant Lighting, LT side installation.
    • Capable of monitoring the installation of Instrumentation works for all equipment.
    • Shall be able tomonitor all the instrumentation works for various machine, plant, Boiler, Chiller, Utility equipment for large-scale process/chemical unit.
    • Shall be able to handle the site independently.
    • Knowledge of Civil site execution for Process/chemical plant buildings
    • Shall be able to study & understand the Civil, structural technical drawings with specification.
    • Construction monitoring- manage on site construction works, coordination between client, consultant, QA/QC checks, prepare look ahead schedule and monitor the progress.
    • Shall have knowledge of onsite quality checks, pour card, Check list etc.
    • Capable of monitoring the quality check and quality assurance for Process/chemical plant.
    • Capable to check the RA Bills as per IS code and mode of measurements.
    • Overall responsible for Implementations of safety guideline
    • Review site safety plan and site logistics plan before implementations
    • Review method statement and conduct risk analysis
    • Review all SOPs, work instructions and safety check lists of contractors.
    • Promotes safe practices at the job site.
    • Ensure daily/weekly/monthly safety documents and submit necessary details as part of reporting.

    EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

    Bachelor's Degree in MechanicalEngineering OR Civil Engineering, Construction Management or any similar type of Bachelor's degree program and minimum15 years industry experience and more than 20 years experience overall.
    Candidate Must have valid experience in leading and completing multiple Industrial Projects-specifically in Chemical Sectors.
