Job Overview

Senior Legal Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience in Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, India. Full-Time employment type.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1. Strong knowledge and experience in legal, corporate law, criminal law, and contract law.
• 2. Ability to handle legal enforcement matters and labor and employment law issues effectively.
• 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• 4. Proven experience in a similar role with leadership and decision-making abilities.
• 5. LLB or LLM degree and relevant certifications in law.

Roles and Responsibilities

• 1. Provide legal advice and support to the company on corporate, criminal, contract, and labor law matters.
• 2. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements ensuring compliance with regulations.
• 3. Manage legal risk and ensure corporate governance and compliance with local laws and regulations.
• 4. Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations with external parties.
• 5. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company's operations.
