About the team

The SFT Implementation team supports a large workload of projects for onboarding clients and implementation requests. The team supports different non card platforms(Scorecard, Ezcard, COOP, Certegy, CPRS, SAP etc., ) and card platform assignments(TBS, B2K, Passthru, and P1C).

What you will be doing

• Examine data files, processes, forms, reports and operational needs of customers and complete data mapping and transaction workflow documents as the basis for conversion to FIS systems.
• Develops understanding of and defines client products and services through information gathering sessions to determine how FIS systems must be established to meet client needs through data analysis, product mapping and interviews, gathers forms and data files from customer and assesses requirements for software utilization and discusses any software customization requirements with programming team.
• Data mapping forms the technical specification for the conversion and, in some cases, may generate code. Shares data maps with programmers, clients and others as appropriate to ensure successful conversion.
• Creates data maps and transaction workflow documents showing exactly how every field of information will be converted.

What you bring

• Typically requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years implementation and conversion experience with a demonstrated ability to handle medium project complexity.
• Good experience in Project Management (Should worked on End-to-End Projects).
• Good experience in Cards or Payment Domain.
• Should be willing to work as Individual Contributor
• Willing to work on regular night shifts (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
• Good to have PMP certification.
• Excellent communication as positions is client facing.
• Positions involving data mapping require strong analytical and technical skills.
• Client Handling Experience.
