    Overview

    The role ofOrder Management and Export Documentation is crucial in ensuringthe efficient handling and processing of export orders along withthe accurate preparation of export documentation. The positionplays a key role in coordinating the export logistics ensuringcompliance with international trade regulations and maintainingsmooth communication with variousstakeholders.

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Receive and reviewexport orders to ensure accuracy andcompleteness
    • Coordinate with internal teams fororder processing and fulfillment
    • Prepare andverify export documentation such as invoices packing lists andcertificates of origin
    • Ensure compliance withexport regulations and tradeagreements
    • Coordinate with freight forwardersand carriers for shipment bookings andtransportation
    • Manage and track the shipmentprocess to ensure ontime delivery
    • Handle exportcustoms clearance procedures
    • Communicate withcustomers and suppliers regarding order status and shipmentdetails
    • Resolve any issues or discrepanciesrelated to export orders anddocumentation
    • Maintain accurate records ofexport transactions anddocumentation
    • Participate in processimprovement initiatives to enhance order management and exportdocumentation processes
    • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with overall supply chainobjectives

    RequiredQualifications

    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Logistics Supply Chain Management orrelevant field
    • Proven experience in ordermanagement export documentation or relatedroles
    • Strong understanding of internationaltrade regulations and exportcompliance
    • Proficiency in using exportdocumentation software and systems
    • Excellentanalytical and problemsolving skills
    • Advancedknowledge of Incoterms and export documentationrequirements
