    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Lead Generation Specialist to join our clients team. As a lead generation specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for the company. You will play a crucial role in driving the business growth by identifying and targeting potential customers and converting them into leads.

    Location : Navi Mumbai

    Salary : Upto 6.0 lpa

    Work Mode : Onsite

    Working Time : 10 to 6

    Working Days : Monday to Friday (Office) | All Saturday (WFH)

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate organic & paid leads and drive customer acquisition.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences and develop customer profiles.
    • Optimize digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing, to generate leads.
    • Create and manage effective digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn to reach the target audience and drive lead generation.
    • Monitor and analyse campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns and maximise lead generation.
    • Utilise marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track, manage, and report on leads and their progression through the sales funnel.
    • Minimum of 1year of experience with a good understanding of WordPress, websites, and CMS platforms

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in lead generation through PPC channels
    • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques, including email marketing, social media prospecting, and other relevant strategies.
    • Attention to Detail with Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
