    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Manager to oversee our end-to-end recruitment process for retail and corporate roles.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, leveraging job portals, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies to attract top talent.
    • Conduct initial screenings, shortlist candidates based on job requirements, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process.
    • Promote the company's employer brand through social media, career fairs, and networking events, building strong relationships with universities, industry professionals, and recruitment agencies.
    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency, providing regular reports on hiring progress, challenges, and market trends.
    • Collaborate closely with HR, store managers, and department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws in all hiring activities.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in retail, fashion, or luxury.
    • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, and ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet hiring deadlines.
    • Knowledge of sourcing techniques, including job boards and employee referrals.

    Industry Expertise

    Understanding of retail hiring needs and trends, with experience recruiting for sales, operations, and corporate roles within retail.
