    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate on cloud requirements, including L1 & L2- Mandatory regulatory requirement, B3R requirements, system enhancements, and output requirements
    • Work with stakeholders to identify the optimal design solution for requirements
    • Ensure project documents (functional designs, L2 solution, technical design, etc.) are prepared and maintained
    • Participate in the Change Delivery cycle (design, testing, implementation)
    • Highlight project-related risks to management in a timely manner
    • Maintain agreed design timelines as per deadlines
    • Escalate risks and issues when necessary

    Requirements

    • Experience in Finance and/or regulatory reporting execution and delivery
    • Knowledge of regulatory rules related to RWAs
    • Understanding of design, reporting processes, and systems
    • Experience working with a large Global Finance team delivering complex regulatory change
    • Strong business analysis capabilities and a track record of successful change projects
    • Understanding of the HSBC operating model at Group, country, and business levels
    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Able to operate effectively under pressure and navigate ambiguity and changing priorities
