- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in automation engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical for designing electrical schematics
- Strong knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming and configuration
- Experience in MCC panel building & testing
- Familiarity with sensors and actuators used in automation systems
- Knowledge of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies for remote monitoring
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Designing and developing automation systems to improve manufacturing processes and increase efficiency
