About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to assist in the growth of the business by acquiring new business ideas
2. Pitch and promote WAYSPIRE services to prospective clients
3. Provide career counseling to prospective students and understand their learning objectives to offer relevant products
4. Build sales leads through referrals and cold calling to generate monthly target revenue
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
6. Set up meetings to prepare and deliver pitches to prospective clients
7. Follow up with team members to identify and manage risks
8. Counsel students on the product and convince them to become paid customers
9. Lead sales demos with prospective customers with product presentations
10. Maintain a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
11. Meet all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls, appointments, and interviews
12. Maintain a pipeline of all sales administration, collaborating with the sales team on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
