- Creating innovative designs and presentations.
- To develop conceptual scheme of the proposed site
- Creating and maintaining important official documents.
- Co-ordinating with the team & site supervision (if required)
- Co-ordinating with Vendors, Material suppliers & Clients etc.
- Should have the ability to work closely within a team while also managing own time and taking initiative to move tasks forward without explicit direction.
- Degree in Architecture or Equivalent
- 0 to 2 years prior experience in similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or Lumion, or other design programs
- Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
- Communication and presentation skills
